The study therefore recommends that all relevant and managerial authorities in Government organizations should reappraise and reevaluate the present salary structure of all civil servants with a view to increasing it. Finally, the federal government of Nigeria should recognize that the ban on Twitter is affecting different spheres of the economy. There is also need for adequate provision of updated equipment for effective workflow for government workers.
